I was looking at two different tutorials in the tutorial section and they both had "To raise a doodad do CTRL+PageUP" I tried this and it isn't working for me? Anyone mind explaining to me how to do this?
Place the doodad you want, select it (so that there's a green circle around it) hold CTRL (control) and press Page Up (to make it go up) or Page Down (to make it go down).
Well, you are doing something wrong. Hold down the Shift key to place doodads on one another; ctrl+PageUp/Down changes the height. One press doesn't have much of an effect, though; press it multiple times to have any real effect.
