Spooky Village Defense

Hey. The map I'm working on right now came to me one night while I was dreaming (sad, I know). It's sort of a classic transylvanian themed game. There is a small city, mostly cosmetic, which ends in two directions. One end leads up a windy, cliche mountain pass to a castle run by the first player, a Vampire Lord. There are other heroes available, Thralls. The Lord can turn into wolf, and the thralls into bats (for a limited time). I'm working out more details on that as what I did there is alone surprisingly a lot of work. Still working out the bat, or gargoyle transformation.

The other way out of the city leads south, to the second player. They take a small village and try to build defenses to fend off the many dangers of the area. Working on building ideas and hero ideas. So Far i've got the town hall, church, well, granary, and tavern. I also got some good models for barricades and watch towers. I would like the humans to have upgradable buildings. The villagers also have to defend from wolves coming from a different angle that are controlled by the vampire player

Anyways, the point of it all is for the Vampire to wipe out the village or the villagers storm the vampire castle. I need a lot of ideas for this so I would really appreciate some.

Well are you a noob (not to hurt), if yeah then noob like us should stick together (I know it's lame).
Here some idea's :
- As far i know is wolf and bat don't stick together, like vampire and wolverine.
- give the villager a quest too
- don't just make 2 side's, make a wolverine too that not help either side (neutral).
- don't focus to the village, focus to the castle the vampire live on
- I think you should make a hero survival map than survival map
- If you use the last tip, make the village controled by computer
- The title of this forum is wrong, if it spooky village defense, it will be alone in the village, not a full village defending
- you maybe want to ask a modeler, terrainer, and a triggerer first if your map is in underway (Just in case
- if you following my last tip, be sure that you focus to this map, because your team will be disappoint if the map is deleted in the middle of creation

that's it i include a tip for a sucess team there too
