Can one make a splitting grenade?,if the grenade explode splitter comes out and explode onesmore?Like for splitter or 5

I have done the spell, but i have not have the time to get the model or effect or check if the spell damage. There might still be bug and memory leak, if you found one tell me if you cannot fix it.
