looks neat, though the shaft at the end holding the arrow head could be made wider, as it is it phases in and out of existence if the model is used too small making the arrow head appear floaty. the back end is wide enough though.
Quite useful for usage on Holy projectile spells or as a projectile for units. Though I would suggest attaching a special effect around the Arrow instead of spinning, preferable a holy or light special effect.
