Spells Section: Not Showing Update Time

I have updated my spell a moment ago. IDK why the details for update says:

Uploaded: 15:56, 16th Jan 2014
Last Updated: 15:56, 16th Jan 2014

Is this a problem? A bug or something?

As far as I recall it works like the icon section. Which means the update will not change the date.

Updating should update the time, as taken from the screenshot.
However, it may needs 14 days between updating of it to actually updates.

You have to update the file and a certain amount of time must have passed for the date to update. This is to prevent bumping.
