Spells/Ideas for Dark priest

Suffocate (Unit target - channeling)
Starts to suffocate the target causing damage over time, each second channeled will slow the target down by X%

Netherwalk (Instant cast)
Removes the collision of the caster and the unit that the caster passes through takes damage that is depending on how hurt the caster is.

Consume Shadow (Unit target)
Cast a dark orb at the target, when hit the target will loose hp depending on how long the orb has traveled. The orb will then return and restore the amount of hp the target has lost.

Haunting Laugh (Instant cast - Aoe)
The caster lets out his haunting laughter causing all nearby enemies to flee in random directions for X seconds.
 
Sacrifice
Icon: Sacrifice (acolyte/sacrificalpit)
Effect: Blood on target, Your choice for explosion
Kills a target ally unit or deals X damage to the priest to create an arcane blast that deals Y damage to nearby enemies.

Dark Shackles
Icon: Scourge Bonechimes
Effect: ?
Base ability: Ensnare (immobalise but allowing attack)
Shackles a targetted area to the ground with black magic, making them unable to move. If the enemy attacks or casts spells while shackled, they will recieve X damage.

Soul Sight
Icon: Death coil
Effect: Undead building death on target
The Dark Priest invades a targetted units soul, giving him vision of the unit. When the unit dies, its corpse releases a shade that can be used as a scout.
 
Soul Corruption (Unit target)
Corrupts the soul of the target dealing small damage over time and decreasing the amount of damage the unit deals. The effect ends when the damage from the damage over time buff has reached X% of the targets units max hp.

Lurking Shadows (Ground target)
Creates a trap that contains a lurking shadow, when the trap is triggered the shadow will possess the triggering unit. (does only trigger against normal units under X level)

Ritual of the Damned (Instant cast - channeled - ultimate?)
Starts a ritual that damages the caster over time while every 5 seconds a lurking shadow trap is created within the aoe of the ritual. Also dealing minor damage to enemy units while healing allied units within range. (caster will not be healed)

Chilling Stab (Unit target - Melee range)
Hits the target dealing low amount of damage freezing them solid for 2 seconds and slows their movement and attack speed down by X% for Y amount of seconds.
