Spellbook Levelling

The heroes on my map each have 3 spellbooks as hero abilities with several unit abilities in each one. Is there a way to level every ability in a spellbook when that spellbook is levelled without having to trigger each ability level as a single action?

My map is based on Guild Wars and here is a sample trigger of the Necromancer's Blood spells levelling when the player levels his Blood spellbook:
