Here is the map you wanted, maybe i misunderstood you, this is the spell:
Creates a ring of death energy which damages units in 650 AOE for 10 damage per second, reduces damage by 20%, and reduces movement and attack speed by 20%.
It is all aura based so you can easy modify the spell curse effects.
It lasts 30 seconds and affects units that enter it.
