Spell importing wont take long if ur pro at it!

I need some help with importing spells. plz explain step by step on how to do it plz. I'd really appreciate it.

Well i have attempted to import a range of spells and i found that just copying the trigger file works best and i always forgot to show regions on the original map so i couldnt replace them dont be like me
