is it possible to use number keys instead of letters?
for example :
Frost Nova
Standard HOTKEY: V
and i would like to change the hotkey to 1?
just like an ONLINE game?

nope, you can't.. just make it QWERTY and it's good enough

You can however use F1, F2 and so on to bind your key.
But you gotta make it as a Hero unit so that you can select it.
