Specific UserName Check

Is it possible to make a trigger command that only a specific username can use

like just say tom enters -gold he gets 10 gold and then someone else erm tim types -gold and they get nopthing as only tom can use it

EDIT: NeverMind i found a thread now after i looked and posted cos they wasnt one but anyways

EDIT 2: it dont help as i cat find that condition in the list
