To get the exact animation, you need to extract the model from the mpq, convert it to MDL through this http://www.hiveworkshop.com/forums/tools.php?id=yzpnex and then open it in Notepad, checking all of its animations. The stand animation will be there as well, get its code, and place it in the "Animation" part of the script above.
The unit is a variable, and, if you use GUI, it should be udg_<your variable>, not just the variable.
