Spears ?!

How can i remove the spears on top of the Hunter's Hall. They bug me alot and as it seems they cant be alpha killed. PLS HELP

How do i upload the texture coz the whole skin is made of 2 parts ?

if they are TC then they cannot be removed just by alpha. if they arent, then they should be removable. but yes, if the TC is your problem then you have to model it out. If you would like, i can do so for you.
