Yea welll something have gone totaly wrong... The sounds in my map are gone, and the faces of my units that are supposed to be in the UI are also gone = Black screen

If anyone would like to help me solve this mystery poke me or something, as I don't want to give my map out to everyone before it's done.

Check you import manager, see if their path was different from what you are using. Check if the imported files were still there.

Have you imported a war3misc.txt file? (not sure if it's the exact name)
Can you provide some screenshot on your import manager?

You must edit the custom path.
For the sound:
someone from Google said:
Step 1 : MAKE SURE ITS A .WAV [so on audiocity, file > export as wav]
Step 2 : Go to import manager on world editor, and import it there.
Step 3 : Go to the sound manager, scroll down until you see your imported files, then right click and then click "Use as sound". < This is if you want to use sounds for cinematics, ETC
Step 4 : For sound sets for units, just import the files on import manager then change the path of the file, which can be done easily, right click > edit > then it will have a path, click custom path and change it, for eg, it might be units\human\humanpaladin\humanpaladinpissed1 (just thought of that on the top of my head)
For the model visit this.

I've tested the map, and it has nothing to do with Warcraft, his PC, or the world editor, since I get no sound when playtesting the map either.
It is not in the triggers, I checked every trigger and found none referring to any sounds. The same goes for map options, everything (custom soundset etc) is as it should be.

I'm not to experienced with what the import manager can do to a map when used incorrectly, I can only guess that one of the previous imports got corrupted while saving, or something along those lines.

As I said on msn earlier, make a new map with the same dimensions and copy the units, triggers, and terrain over and reimport everything ... might take some time, but at least it should save the sounds.
