I cannot play the sound in cinematic - transmission from unit .
Anyone know what is the problem?

try unchecking the 3D sound option in the sound properties of that sound..

BTW, How to easily post triggers

Maybe something went awry with the sound's settings in the Sound Editor... try to reset it to it's default settings.
