This is my first project like this and it shows I know.
When the player starts this map they are given just enough lumber to buy a hero
at the tavern right next to the starting point. The player can then venture in
any direction they want in kind of an open world type game. All the heroes are
almost exactly the same, I wanted the player to make the choice of being a
combat fighter or a magic wielder. Consequently all the magic is bought at shops
and is used from the inventory.
It may not seem like it I but worked pretty hard on this map, I hope I got the
bugs out. The creeps don't respawn I know, I had a system that worked just not
the way I wanted it to, so while in testing for the map, I found it wasn't
nessasry and just left it out. The objectives in the map aren't to deep, it's
mostly a "just go kill stuff" map. There's no real story per-say, but the map
is big enough it should keep you busy for a little while.
I won't really be working on this map too much any more (I've started a
new project) but if anybody finds any bugs or major flaws post them please, so
I can fix them.
