Reforged does not support custom campaigns. It was meant to but due to the major reshuffle (abolishment) of the development team that part seems to have been delayed for the foreseeable future.

Custom maps are downloaded and installed like they were before Reforged. You download the w3x or w3m files and save them to Documents\Warcraft III\Maps\Download or another sub folder of the Maps folder. It should then appear in the map list in game. I do not know where this map folder is located on MacOS, but the same principles should still apply.

You mean playing custom campaigns on Warcraft 3? You can only do this if:
-You are playing on Warcraft 3 Classic (up to 1.31) (which still has fully working "Custom Campaign").
-You used the Reforged and installed the Quenching Mod (some campaigns tend to buggy with this mod).

You can download any versions of Warcraft 3 Classic here (requires CD-Keys).

Keep in mind, latest version of Warcraft 3 Classic are prone for bugs on custom campaigns, so it's not a good choice for you:
