Well I'll comment anyways, I really like the picture, it's really great. The only thing I would suggest though, is a little bit of an aged look to the letters.

Hm could you describe this more detailed?

I personally think the drawing in the middle should be a bit bigger, cuz thats a intended for a load screen.
That means ingame it is looking smaller.

Hm i also think the font i wrote on it which i made a little bit bigger in the second one is looking in some crazy kind a bit scretcht i dont like that but i dont know how to change this things.
Im not that experienced with photoshop or gimp : / maybe there's some one out which wanna help a bit?

Well, you see how the edges of the 'paper' is worn down a bit, and looks like its been around for a long time? Well the letters should be worn down a bit as well, thrown in a bit of a dark brown to the lettering. I also suggest putting a bit of a texture to the armor, or some detail if you will. It looks unfinished sort of.
