Some rep points disappeared!

When i watched the number of my rep points, i found they are less than before, i checked my profile and look what i saw:

Those reps are blank and thus don't count as rep.
You have to have 10 rep to give at least 1 rep.
As those people do not have that much rep, they give 0 rep.
