Use the resident evil UI. Those black replaced textures don't add up to the effect of the game... just looks ugly. My opinion ofcorse.

Right now looks more like vampire castle with a female vampire wandering around. I have no idea why I see it that way xd Perhaps that's not a good choice for hero model (if it is a hero model) for a resident evil themed map.
, but it's fantasy so meh.

To make the ground tiles look better and ruin's like try to use the raise tool in the terrain editor at small edges of the tiles intill some dirt raises above them. It looks really great. Screens lack shadows and i think the hero is a little too large, perhaps reduce size by 0.1

Indeed the floor looks artificial.
Possibly slap some of the boulders/walls beneath and make it so they stick out of the floor a tiny bit or do as Lordkoon said and let the tile stick out.
Those walls have cracks don't they ? where did the rubble go ?
Also the flooring doesn't need to be exactly ordered IMO, you can push some of the tiles out of place or lower the ground and give them pitch angle (as if they got pushed into the ground from the falling rubble)

Also the stream needs more splashes IMO
