[Solved] Share from Neutral Passive

How can i get share from Neutral Passive (full share and ability to control theyr units) ? or something like that ... (neutral victim, extra etc) ? i tried

• Player - Make Player 1 (Red) treat Neutral Passive as an Ally with shared vision and full shared units

but it didn't work (player 1 being me)
