(SOLVED) Icon Section: Approved bug?

Hello, Not sure if this is a bug or me just being crazy but.. When approving a icon in the "Main icon section" that icon usually goes to row 1 and towards the top of the row.
But, recently it has not and stayed were it was after i approved it..

Might just be minor but figured id throw it out there.

Perhaps it's related to the 14days limit before a resource thread can be bumped upon update/status change.

Hmm not sure, because now its happening in a few other sections as well.. its nothing major but it would be nice to see a approved resource at the top.
