Sold items requirements . . . possible?

Okay, not sure if this needs a trigger or just basic editing, but here is my problem: I want items sold to have requirements. For example, a certain mercenary would require a castle to purchase or a potion would require a tree of eternity.

Is this possible?

There is an action called Item - Make <item> pwnable and an event called Unit - A unit Pawns an item (to shop). If you combine those two and add a few If/Then statements, then I believe it's possible.

It's in the object editor for those items (techtree requirements i think)
