Did the administration remove the general users right to create social groups? becouse i cant find were you create your own. If they didnt please list in step by step manner how so. +rep thanx bunches!
p.s its a novelist group in support of fellow righter and a novel im writing.

I think you can try to contact an administrator to get a group created.
