Research are important, out of million of new map maker. Only a few really does research before they even start mapping. I have once seen 1 map maker who make a rather well made maze map despite his first attempt.
Our standards i geuss are sooo much lower than wc3c
wc3c usually want a close perfection in all aspect. That's mean even 1 criteria should not be neglected.
At hiveworkshop, we can give exception for certain criteria and we usually want at least a average quality in the work before it can be approve. Of course, lacking are acceptable even though it was not recommended.
At the beginning of the game, I notice the first level was rather hard and it took me several attempt to accomplish. This is mainly due to the sliding speed to be incredibly fast with a execessive amount of creep patrolling along the path.
There is about 6 creep patrolling the narrow path between point A to point B, to make the matter even worst. The turning speed was rather slow, rendering me to flew off the walkable path and die whenever I try to dodge the creep.
You should have lower down the sliding speed and amount of creep while at the same time either increase the path or make the unit turn point much quicker.
To give you a better visual about it, you can look at this sample of my review or anybody with the experience about it.
It is recommended to have it remove... you could have possibly be -rep under the circumstances of trolling.
Of course, you can avoid making it look trollish by adding some sarcasm remark such as this below.
You say the terrain was awesome while the fact is not. If I am a rather cruel and inhuman person, I going to say that your father got a stupid son.
The word mark by red already hint it was more towards sarcasm instead of trolling.
Overall man it was a complete fail. You want to doi it better? Import custom spells or design some your own that fit WWE. Actualy make terrain.Your so called "stunning terrain" sucked my donkeys left go-nad.Make gameplay more harder interesting and funner. Everybody in the game was like WTF i hope you didn't make this.

Then, TDHX (abreviation for thedeathunterxx) is the main terrainer and he will decide most about that,, He will first shape the rough world (big parts, rivers, etc),, then he might give it to you, HFR or LoS, or he might do something himself first (specific terrain, so making it nice instead of rough world),,
Ask him when you can terrain,,
But i think, and i will also tell him, that he should shape the world fully before giving it to someone else, otherwise it will look somehow strange,,,

About the Map:
You have more then 25 mini-missions to master. These missions have different objectives and different ways to master them.
For example: Your goal is to take over a castle, to master that, you have to destroy the radar distortion systems outside of it. By building your base and attacking them.
Your goal is to get through a cave. You dont have any base building in there so you have to take over control points first. Then you can go on and master the mission.
