No more Dwarf Mage in WoW, i've heard because Blizzard wanted to equal out the Mages (HUMAN, GNOME = ALLIANCE - TROLL, UNDEAD = HORDE) but i don't know if this is true or not. The Alliance and Horde, after this decision do now have eqaul amounts of race/class available (4 Warriors each, Alliance has an extra rouge, but the Horde and extra hunter, druids 1 each, warlocks 2 each, the alliance and extra priest, but the horde and extra Shaman [alliance only - Paladin = 2, horde only - shaman = 3]).
