Sneak peak at WhiteoutDex: a fully native toolset for 3ds max based on NeoDex

WhiteoutDex
WhiteoutDex is the next evolution in the NeoDex set of tools developed by me in collaboration with DennisH.
WhiteoutDex is powerful set of tools to enhance Autodesk's 3ds Max for Warcraft III Classic and Warcraft III Reforged support.


Key New Features compared to NeoDex:
  • Rewrote Importer and Exporter in C++, powered by WhiteoutLib.
  • Automatic extraction and conversion of textures.
  • Native ParticleEmitters1, ParticleEmitters2 and RibbonEmitter plugins with full 3ds max simulation.
  • WhiteoutFlakes integration with fully synced game rendering previewer.
  • CAT support for animation.
  • Skin quantization support for 800 (no need to manually balance skin weights)
  • Support for a decade+ of 3ds max versions: 2016-2027+.
  • More cool features planned.
