That's an awfully smooth floor for a cave. Add either height variation, or rocks or something. The Wall textures are hideous. Don't stretch textures so much. Sizing of doodads seems just slightly off. Mostly just the dude.

Yes, as Giles mentioned, the floor is too flat and the wall texture looks hidious when it's stretched like this.

Try to get yourself some nice looking rock models that go well with the high-ress textures you use.

Also, the ugly villager stands out from the rest of the terrain in a bad way, try to look for a high-ress model so the smith will fit in more.
