[General] Small question

How can I make it so that players have a constant player color, race, and handicap on game creation (meaning before the game starts)

I don't want players to be able to change their handicap or their colors...
or their races...

I thing you think of this:
Scenario > Force Properties > "Fix Player Settings" (at all the description says, players are unable to change the stuff ...)
