Lock Computer player but keep options

Okay I searched a lot.
But I always found:
"check the player properties as locked"
"okay thx"

I want to make 2 players are always controlled by computer and cannot be changed at start up.
But also I want players still can choose their team, race, color and handicap
It is really impossible?
If I make two forces (one for players, one for CPU controlled players)
You "can" choose this settings, but they will not be applied.

Make 1 Force for each players did not change anything
Is there maybe a way in jass?

AFAIK, you cannot... it's either you lock them all up or not...

though, race can still be chosen even when properties are locked, as long as you set the race to be choosable and not set a specific race for each player I believe...
