[General] Slower invisibility

I am trying to make the night elf invisibility spell take more time to make the unit invisible, but I can't figure out what does each data value do. I already tried raising them to insane numbers, but doesn't look like it makes much. This is suppose to work with permanent invisibility by the way.

The more fade time the ability has, the slower the invisibility, try Wind Walk with big numbers, this way you make the "phase" ability to go through units, the unit never gets invisible.

Well, that's a solution... but not quite what I wanted.
