Hey guys !

As you can see on this picture : http://i.imgur.com/3fCeotL.png , slopes have a different shape directly related to their "direction", making things quite ugly when it comes to non-natural terraining.

Would it be possible to change how Warcraft III and the world editor handle slopes ? To have all slopes look like the slope you can see on the left of the picture ?

Racist! How dare you discriminate against slopes. You should be ashamed of yourself.

The terrain mesh is composed of a regular triangular mesh with vertices offset by terrain mesh height. The orientation of this mesh is hard-coded unfortunately and it seems the water grid is orientated oppositely.

You could possibly use a custom doodad to achieve the desired gradient, or live with it not being perfect.
