I can chang the skins color, but what I can't do is chage the shape of a skin/model. I am changing the skin of a fish. I changed the color and the shaoe of it, but when I play world editor, it still is in the form of the OLD fish. People are saying to Alpha some out, but I have no idea how to do that. The programs I use are, Gimp 2, and Photoshop.

Ok, I did that, and when i open it in Vertex.. these are the images I see... This looks nothing like a fish. Yes, I have used Vertexed modifier before. To do basic weapon removal.

By geoset, she means geoset...
Skin means skin, like the texture wrapped around the mesh.
Geoset is a small part of a mesh, or a group as it is sometimes called...
typically TeamColor is a geoset, the basic mesh is a geoset, then the bones are a geoset. More complex models, such as the Obsidian Statue have many, many geosets.
