Skins in Collection

I don't have Reforged, i only have Reign of Chaos & The Frozen Throne. Why the Hero Skins only work in online games? They should work offline too. Other four skins can only be obtained by having Spoils of War. For me, the only thing interesting in Spoils of War are the new skins, and nothing else. And we have to pay a lot more for a few less. Bad deal for me. I bet soon Blizzard gonna add new skins and other stuff, and we will have to pay extra for them. Microtransactions in a free game are bad, but even worse in paid games. Come one!!!

Just for fun, i would love to get all six Hero Skins for Classic Version and add them to my custom models collection to use in custom games. Anybody knows how to do that?

And also, some fan should make a new female Death Knight and Demon Hunter for Classic Version, just to teach Blizzard how to model.
