rules for suggesting skins.
1: no offensive suggestions
2: Something unique that hasn't been done before
3: skins can be done by more than one person but they must be promted (that meens told) they are going to do their skin. example: if sopho said make a panda lizard and someone said can i make that one for you sopho, that meens hes been promted about his skin and that hes going to make it for him.
if more than one person wants to make a skin of the same then its down to the person who made the suggestion to pick who ever they want to skin there suggestion. this can also include pics for loading screens.
