Skinning Problem

I have a simple skin recolor [don't blame me, I have no other ide where this can be placed]. it's the original footman with slight color change.

here's the problem :
It seems my skin doesn't have a team color in game, I found that out because the footman's skin color was colored black.

There is no alpha channel. That's why there is no team colour.
You need to make sure that you keep the alpha channel.
