Skin wont work ?

Hello there bees of the hive.
I made a tile skin based upon the Square tiles of cityscape, however the skin does not work, my cliff works but not the tiles.
Here it is.
I have saved it as BLP !

My path was: TerrainArt\City\City_SquareTiles.blp

Your path should be:
TerrainArt\Cityscape\City_SquareTiles.blp
