skin program

what do you mean with skin program? the program you make skins in or the progrmas you use to extract and view skins? If it's the programs for extracting skins then just look in the download section, if it's for creating then you'll have to get an good paint program like photoshop or paintshop pro, just search the web for free trials of them.
