Skill For my hero arena

hello, im trying to make a skill for my hero arena. i want to call it omni slash, where the hero (chaos knight) blinks around the enemy unit and slashes it a couple of times. Like the unit stops, and the chaos kngith blinks over and over again around him and slashes him, how do i do that?
