First tries are never meant to be good.
This skin has bad freehand that lacks shading and proper definition, plus the anatomy of the skeleton is really messy.

Come back when you have actually learned how to make decent and proper freehand skins from tutorials.

Uh, it's a white texture with some alpha, and a terrible eye..
