Sizing Special Effects

Is there absolutely any way to size special effects? if there is please inform me of it, even if it means using JASS.

Erm, dummy unit with the model of the sfx.

increasing the size of the unit increases the size of the sfx?

I know about using dummy and changing its model, but im strictly using a SFX, just seeing if i can size it or not >_< its more efficient for what im creating.

no matter what happens, you cant know everything... i didnt do everything to know everything, hell i prob even know something you dont know, no one is perfect. Even the best of mapmakers can make the easiest of mistakes, that is life. Im not here to get all egoistic and conceited over my skills and expect myself to be perfect on many levels, no human is perfect. Thanks for help, both of u +rep.
