I would like to request a flag

but the picture is different, I want the symbol to be like this

(the flag with the fist)

It's default size is 32x64 you can make it larger and any image format

nope, I have a coverter of any image format

I just want the symbol on the flag to be in a image (all of the design)

That's what I said. The symbol in the flag. If that's all you need, the symbols, in one image, I can probably do it, in a png or jpg or tga.
