Shrewed Animations.. but work in milkeshape

If was making this rather wierd creature.. animatet it and all looked well in milkeshape. Then I exportet to mdx.. changed the mdl so it would have both animations (stand and walk).. Then I went to Magos and used it to see the animations. They was wrong.
Looked like this compared to each other (what should be, and what it is):



Realy hope someone can help me with this issue, the mdl file is here if needed:

I realy could use help on this topic.

btw sry for double post.. just reviving it..

Also noticed something... the problem doesnt occour when I just use the exportet model from milkeshape in magos, but it doesnt show all the animation and only stand one, so I always edit the mdl to have right interval and animations, but that somehow shrew up animations, so maybe it is the exporter that exports wrong...
