Short, simple modeling work needed

Hello guys!
I need someone who could do me a model like the target-Model of the "Blizzard" spell, only with an arrow instead of the ice splinter. Also the snow should be removed of course.

I don't have an application to change models, but I hope that this won't be very complicated...

I need this model for a spell called arrow-hail.
I would be really lucky if someone could do that...

You could probably use cluster rockets, but change the missile art and increase the missile arc.

Not really bad idea, but it looks really weird; nobody could fire arrows using a bow in that rate, not even Legolas.
It also doesn't look like a spell... so only unbelievable. It would work, but there would be other things, that would work, too and a spell also should look good, or not?
