[Model request] A simple arrow stuck in the ground, usable as buff attachment

Small request, I need an arrow model that's stuck in the ground at an angle. I need it for a spell that prevents a unit from moving by pinning them down by their feet (it's basically an ensnare that also prevents turning).

I tried using dummies with the arrow model, but there are several issues with that:
1. The available arrows in-game are 2-dimensional so they aren't visible from some angles.
2. The dummy arrow isn't really on the targets' feet, since they aren't actually attached to it.

What animations does the buff need?
Would 'Stand', 'Birth' and 'Death' be enough?

Yea those 3 would be enough. Nothing fancy, it would be enough if it would just appear and disappear quickly.
