Request: Marker Arrow

I need a special effect that I can put on the ground and color with team color, kinda like the circle of power. However, I need it to be an arrow, not a circle.
Animations:
Birth - The arrow appears gradually by becoming visible.
Stand - The arrow is there and doesn't do anything.
Death - The arrow gradually disappears.

You can base it on a unit using that arrow. But there won't be team color, still you may change the color.
I remember I've seen it in an old map.

I searched the hive and didn't find any model for this.

Use Cold arrow missile for example and base it for a unit.

As I said, I can't do that because I don't have a model that would fit for it. That's why I'm requesting one. I wouldn't be posting in this section if it was as basic as making a unit with an arrow model in object editor.

That seems pretty close to ideal. I'd prefer if it was a rune-like image like on my illustration, but this will do too.
