You can make dummy flame strike with the art of thunder clap and cast it when a unit casts thunder clap.
About shockwave you'd have to trigger your own shockwave spell that would deal damage to trees. Search around hive for skillshot missile spells or triggers. It would be much more bothering for you, but it will do what you want and so much more.

You must trigger your own shockwave and thunder clap. Thunderclap is rather easy to do, and so is shockwave.
I'll make you triggers in few minutes.
EDIT: I made you spells. Shockwave is completely MUI and leakless (I hope I didn't miss any leak).

You didn't mention shockwave should destroy structure.
You can just in Shockwave Loop go to if then else check inside the unit group and where it says (TempUnit is Structure Not Equal to True) change to Equal to.

You have to go to sound editor -> Ctrl + F -> Shockwave -> Ctrl + U - > Trigger Editor - > Shockwave trigger ->
