I love how you made various derivatives of the colored glow. I personally like the third derivative out of all. Though, I do wonder if there'll be an off version of these icons.

Really nice wooden texture around the shield and the pointy parts have some nice definition also..

I think the arrows could use some adjusting but overall its nice.
