I am unsure if this could be solved with the "advanced unit control" but for some reason I doubt it. If anyone has ever played Ice Troll Tribes, it has the best representation of what I am attempting to do. Here is what I'm trying:
- I need a unit to allow allies of the owner to manipulate it and use it's abilities. (a building to be specific) For example: A ally could select the unit and turn on and off an autocast.
- I need this building to be inaccessable to enemy units.
Things I've tried:
- Changing the ownership of the building every time it is selected by an ally, couldn't get it to work right.
- Originally tried making a player slot into a computer player, and sharing control. Will no longer work, every player slot is filled.
Things I don't need:
- Making a region that repells enemy units, I refuse to do so.
- Making the building a shop, has to be unaccessable to enemy units, and have abilities that are accessable to allies.
Any help would be appreciated.
