Looks like a semi trasnparent unit of Sylvanas(?) with color mixed blue and red.
Anyone can do that via object and trigger editor.

i don't know if it just me but the shoulder pads look a little bigger. and the colors look a little different. but could be just me.

Please upload a picture of this model which shows the whole model. This could be useful, but it needs much more texturing and editing. Good luck.
